DELIVERY POLICY

ALL PRODUCTS ARE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

The Midlife Mind sells digital products only — PDF books and workbooks. We do not ship physical items.

There is no shipping cost. There is no shipping address required at checkout.

HOW DELIVERY WORKS

The moment your payment is confirmed:

1. You receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout.

2. Within 1-2 minutes, you receive a separate email containing secure download links for your purchased PDFs.

3. The download links remain active for at least 90 days. You can re-download the files as many times as you need during that period.

We recommend saving the PDFs to a secure location on your device or cloud storage immediately after the first download.

DELIVERY TIME

Digital delivery is typically instant. In rare cases, our email provider may take up to 15 minutes to deliver the download link.

If you have not received your download email within 30 minutes of purchase:

1. Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder.
2. Search your inbox for "The Midlife Mind" or your order number.
3. If still not found, email support@midlifemind.co with your order number and we will manually resend the files within one business day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Because our products are digital, customers from any country can purchase and receive them instantly. There are no customs fees, import duties, or international shipping delays.

FILE FORMATS

All books are delivered as standard PDF files, compatible with:
- All e-readers (Kindle, Kobo, Nook — via PDF support)
- All tablets and phones (iOS, Android)
- All desktop and laptop computers (Mac, Windows, Linux)
- Print, if you prefer a paper copy
