ABOUT US
The Midlife Mind is a digital publishing imprint focused on women's health, hormonal transitions, and adult ADHD. We sell digital products — primarily PDF books and workbooks.
THE PRODUCTS
Our books are informational and educational. They are written by health journalists and informed by peer-reviewed research and interviews with clinicians.
THE BOOKS ARE NOT MEDICAL ADVICE.

When you complete a purchase, you receive a non-transferable license to access and read the digital product for personal use. You may:

All content on midlifemind.co — including text, images, book covers, illustrations, design elements, and downloaded products — is the property of The Midlife Mind (or its content creators) and is protected by copyright law.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to update prices at any time, though changes apply only to new purchases.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store your full payment card information.
REFUNDS
See our Refund Policy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products.
ACCOUNTS
Some features of our Site (such as access to your past download links) may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
