The Midlife Mind offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product. If our books do not deliver the value you expected, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

No questions asked. No interrogation. No forms to complete. Just email us.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email support@midlifemind.co with:
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your order number (begins with #)

That is the entire process. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

WHY WE OFFER THIS

We believe in the work. If the book is not what you needed, we would rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that did not help. We trust you to make the right call for yourself.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR FILES

When you request a refund, your access to the digital downloads is not technically revoked — we do not have a mechanism to "take back" a PDF you have already downloaded. We trust you to delete the files in good faith if you receive a refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products at The Midlife Mind are digital downloads (PDFs). There is no physical shipping, no return-by-mail requirement, and no restocking fee. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

CHARGEBACKS

If you believe you have been wrongly charged or are unable to reach us by email, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve nearly every issue within one business day if given the chance.
